Whenever we can, we love to offer a fixed-price estimate so you’ll know exactly what your project will cost before we kick things off. This way, you get clarity, keep your budget safe, and we take on the responsibility of delivering what we agreed on—no surprise charges! That being said, some projects are too small for a full estimating process or too complex, exploratory, or variable to price accurately upfront. In those situations, we work on a time and materials basis , which means you only pay for the actual labor, equipment, and materials we use. Do you guarantee your work?

We're all about quality here, which is why we offer a 1-year workmanship guarantee. This means you can relax knowing your project is done right. If anything goes wrong because of our work within that year, we’ll come back and fix it for free! Just a heads up, this guarantee covers issues with installation, assembly, or construction from our end—not things like normal wear and tear, material defects, or damage from outside sources. Our main goal is to make sure you're totally happy, and we take pride in giving you results that last!

What are your service areas?

Our main HQ is in Hazelton, but you’ll catch us swinging hammers in Terrace or Smithers too. We’re super proud to serve the whole Bulkley-Skeena Valleys! Plus, we handle remote and off-grid jobs as well.

Sure thing! We’ve got General Liability Insurance, which helps cover any third-party injuries, property damage, and legal costs if a client or bystander gets hurt or their stuff gets damaged while we’re on the job. We also have Professional Liability Insurance, which takes care of claims related to negligence, mistakes, or incomplete work that might lead to financial losses for our clients.
